Baked Red Snapper


1 – 4 lb. red snapper
Cajun seasoning
2 sticks butter
1 – 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped bell pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced



Season fish with Cajun seasoning and put in baking pan.

Put butter and remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 1 hour. Pour sauce over fish.

Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees, basting occasionally .
