Baked Fish with Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

Fish
Slice of onion
Carrots
½ teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
½ cup cream
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup grated cheese
1/3 cup stock from fish
1/8 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS:

Put fish in roaster pan and put in just enough water to cover. Add onion, carrots, salt and bay leaf. Simmer 20 minutes.

While fish is simmering make sauce with remaining ingredients.

Cover fish with sauce and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
