Cajun Daughters is devoted to the preservation and celebration of the Cajun Culture and way of life along Louisiana’s Coast. When the Acadians were expelled from Nova Scotia in the 18th Century, many eventually made their way to South Louisiana. The 22 parishes where the Cajuns settled are where we focus our travels—Acadia, Ascension, Assumption, Avoyelles, Calcasieu, Cameron, Evangeline, Iberia, Iberville, Jefferson Davis, Lafayette, Lafourche, Pointe Coupee, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, Terrebonne, Vermilion, and West Baton Rouge. We’d love to hear from you! Go to Contact Us to find out how you can share your authentic Cajun experiences and your favorite recipes! And don’t forget to sign up for our newsletters.
